GonkaNode Pool Manager
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GonkaNode Pool Manager.
Organizers are responsible for creating and managing pools, defining pool terms, reviewing participant contribution payments, confirming funds, maintaining wallet information, and managing payout operations.
Participants access the service through organizer-provided invitations. Participant access is intended to show the participant’s own pool position, payout wallet information, payout history, and relevant pool information.
Some information in the service is entered or maintained by organizers, including pool costs, server details, wallet addresses, mining records, payout records, and related notes. Users should review this information carefully.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Users are responsible for carefully checking wallet addresses, transaction details, network information, and payout information before taking action. GonkaNode Pool Manager is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect network selection, organizer-entered errors, or user mistakes.
The service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Participation in a pool may involve risk. No mining result, payout amount, token value, return, or profit is guaranteed.
The service is provided on an operational best-effort basis. While the goal is to provide accurate records and reliable workflows, the service may contain errors, delays, incomplete data, or downtime. Users should keep their own records and verify important information independently.
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, access other users’ data, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, exploit bugs, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Users are responsible for protecting their accounts, passwords, devices, and wallet access. GonkaNode Pool Manager will never ask for seed phrases or private keys through the application interface.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GonkaNode Pool Manager and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, tokens, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
For questions about these terms, contact the GonkaNode team through the designated support channel.
